Dr Malcolm Parmenter

Dr Malcolm Parmenter joined Partnered Health as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in September 2023. He has a wealth of knowledge and practical experience in the operation and delivery of frontline healthcare. Most recently he has been MD and CEO of Healius Limited, an ASX listed provider of pathology, imaging, primary care and day hospitals. Prior to that he spent nine years as CEO of Independent Practitioner Network Limited (IPN), both as a listed company and under the ownership of Sonic Healthcare Limited, and subsequently two years as CEO of Sonic Clinical Services (SCS). SCS, of which IPN is a part, is the largest operator of medical centres in Australia. Malcolm has a strong understanding of healthcare delivery, both in Australia and abroad, and has spent more than 20 years as a General Practitioner.
Gareth Woodbridge

Gareth Woodbridge joined Quadrant Private Equity in February 2023. He has 15 years of private equity experience, most recently as a Managing Director at KKR with a focus on healthcare, business services and consumer investments. He has prior experience with Archer Capital, CVC Capital Partners and UBS AG. Gareth has also served on the board of the Australian Investment Council.
Tyson Smith
Investment Director
Tyson joined Quadrant in 2024. He was previously a Director at CPE Capital, where he spent nine years focused on deal origination, execution and portfolio management activity across all sectors, with a specific focus on the industrials, business services and healthcare sectors. Tyson began his career at Morgan Stanley where he worked in their Investment Banking team focused on financial sponsor, infrastructure and industrials coverage.
