Partnered Health has further expanded its service offering by acquiring Queensland based dietetics practice Fuel Your Life, providing award-winning nutrition advice and programs to veterans, NDIS clients, elite sports teams, corporate organisations, and patients who want to improve their life through healthy eating across Australia.
Following settlement on November 30, Fuel Your Life’s entire team of 45 dietitians and 15 support staff joined the Partnered Health family, which marks a significant milestone for Partnered Health on its diversification strategy.
Partnered Health Managing Director, Steven Harvey, said adding a high-quality dietetics provider such as Fuel Your Life to the Partnered Health portfolio was incredibly valuable in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape whilst building the organisation’s own ever-expanding capability.
“It’s no secret that the health care system is under immense pressure and changing at a rapid pace, particularly since the COVID-19 pandemic. As healthcare providers we must continue to evolve and find new and better ways for people to access our healthcare services; it’s our purpose to support them to maintain and improve their health,” said Mr Harvey.
“At Partnered Health we’re working towards a stronger diversification of healthcare services available, with a strong focus on accommodating new and innovative services such as dietetics that can be delivered effectively and efficiently to all Australians.
“Fuel Your Life is the perfect example of this ambition, and we’re very excited to have them as part of our extensive network of services. The service has built an exceptional reputation based on its innovative, high quality and result-driven care.
“The passionate Fuel Your Life dietitians bring a truly impactful multi award-winning service to its clients across 250 locations. We look forward to working with the Fuel Your Life team to inspire more people to eat and live better,” he said.
Fuel Your Life was founded 6 years ago by Mr Tyson Tripcony, and has since undergone significant growth, working with diverse groups including returning veterans and patients with complex needs such as NDIS clients. The organisation also has extensive experience working with high-performing sports teams and corporate groups.
Mr Tripcony said he was excited about the opportunities that lay ahead for the organisation’s mission of helping people fuel their lives through nutrition guidance and dietetics.
“The Fuel Your Life team are passionate about supporting all people with nutrition strategies to improve their health and performance – from athletes to corporates, from veterans to young families. We have always been focused on the support and development of our staff so that they can have an even greater impact on the community, and I am excited for that to continue to grow under Partnered Health,” said Mr Tripcony.
“Our team of dietitians take a very personalised approach to every one of our clients. They put in the time to get to know their clients and develop strategies that are tailored to their goals, their lifestyle, and the level of support they need. It has always been about how we can do better for our clients – achieve better results, make them feel more motivated, create more sustainability, and ensure that every person that sees a dietitian in our team leaves a step closer to achieving their goals,” he said.
Fuel Your Life provides in-clinic, at home and telehealth consultations, and has recently developed its own online program, Nutrition to Fuel Your Life, to make dietetics even more accessible to people from all walks of life.
“I am particularly excited to continue the visionary work undertaken by Fuel Your Life to make it easier and more affordable to have access to top quality nutrition advice and support. The organisation’s internal knowledge sharing program is second to none, which basically means that clients have access to a whole pool of knowledge, ensuring they will receive the best care,” said Mr Harvey.
“It’s that kind of innovation and mindset that makes Fuel Your Life an ideal brand for Partnered Health. As one of the largest healthcare providers in the country, we bring the benefits of scale, but we always ensure the needs of our patients and health care team are front and centre – their health and wellbeing is our priority,” he concluded.
Established in 2013, Partnered Health (formerly Fullerton Health Australia) is one of Australia’s leading healthcare providers, employing over 1,400 medical and administrative staff across more than 120 clinics, caring for four million patients and 3000 corporate clients.
