Partnered Health is caring for more Victorians than ever before, with the acquisition of three medical centres in suburban Melbourne from Compass Medical Group.

Compass Medical Group comprises of three high quality, contemporary and family-friendly medical centres in Melbourne’s fast-growing outer suburbs – Chelsea Heights Medical Centre, Hastings Family Medical Centre, and Warrandyte Medical Centre.

All three medical centres are open extended hours, 7 days per week, and provide patient-centred care for their local communities. General practice health services offered include family medicine, urgent care, chronic disease management, skin cancer checks and treatment, children’s and women’s health, and men’s health and a wide range of allied health services.

Compass Medical Group is a family-operated business, founded in 2012 by the group’s Chief Executive Officer Karen Gerzenstein and her partner Marc Pearce, who is the group’s Chief Commercial Officer. Partnered Health is delighted that Karen and Marc will continue in their respective current leadership roles.

Compass Medical Group’s existing doctors, nurses and support staff will continue delivering exceptional health care to their patients following the acquisition, with Partnered Health retaining 100 percent of the group’s staff.

Partnered Health looks forward to ongoing investment into these exceptional clinics, with plans already underway to extend Warrandyte Medical Centre to include additional consulting rooms and staff areas.

The acquisition of Compass Medical Group extends the Partnered Health Medical Centre network to 17 primary care clinics in Victoria, and 68 nationwide.

Partnered Health employs more than 1800 staff and partners with over 500 doctors to provide health services to more than five million Australians.
