From the previous reporting period, Partnered Health took a number of positive steps towards gender equality. This includes the introduction of new policies, particularly related to promoting flexible working arrangements, making various remuneration based adjustments aligned to the findings as a part of the company’s annual salary review process and an overall increase in female leaders across both Primary Care and Corporate Health & Wellbeing.
Being a designated relevant employer, Partnered Health were pleased to select 3 targets to continue our commitment towards workplace gender equality which included:
GEI1 – Increased representation of females for all managers.
GEI2 – Undertaking gender pay gap analysis.
GEI3 – Improve policies regarding preventing, reporting and responding to sexual harassment.
