Leading national healthcare provider Partnered Health continues to expand its services through the acquisition of Victoria-based New View Psychology, providing mental health services for individuals, communities, and workplaces through in-person and virtual consultations throughout Australia.
Following settlement on November 30, New View Psychology’s team of more than 150 highly qualified clinicians – including psychologists, social workers, counsellors, and provisional psychologists – become part of the Partnered Health family, further adding to the organisation’s growing allied healthcare offering.
Partnered Health Managing Director, Dr Malcolm Parmenter, said “New View Psychology, founded by Ms Maria Mercuri, has become an exceptional business over the years, making it one of the largest psychology service providers in Australia with clinics in 55 locations. We’re excited to welcome Maria and her highly skilled team to Partnered Health and look forward to further pursuing her vision of improving mental health and wellbeing in people’s personal and professional settings”.
Ms Mercuri said she was excited about the opportunities that lay ahead to continue growing the legacy New View Psychology had created by giving more Australians access to the mental health support they required.
“New View Psychology is built on a passion to deliver high quality psychology and counselling support to those who need it – be it individuals, families, children or couples, no matter their background or circumstances,” said Ms Mercuri.
Founded in 2005, New View Psychology operates clinics and services clients Australia-wide. In addition to counselling and organisational services, the organisation also offers fitness for work assessments, critical incident response counselling, career coaching and school readiness assessments, and is a registered NDIS provider.
Established in 2013, Partnered Health is one of Australia’s leading healthcare providers, employing over 1,400 medical and administrative staff across more than 120 clinics, caring for four million patients and 3000 corporate clients.
