Fullerton Health Australia Pty Limited (“Fullerton Health Australia”) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to divest Fullerton Health Assistance – Australia (“FHAA”) to Global 24 Holdings Pty Ltd (“Global 24”).
Global 24 Advisory & Assistance, a risk management company founded by former FHAA General Manager, Brett Wheatley, will continue providing clients with a full-service global emergency assistance program, including crisis response, claims support and case management.
